Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. This is a reference build; the terms below model what a real solo-founder SaaS would publish.

1. Agreement

By creating a Post Bridge account you agree to these terms. If you're using Post Bridge on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Post Bridge is a tool for composing, scheduling and publishing content to third-party social platforms. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's own terms. In this reference build, publishing is simulated in clearly-labeled demo mode and no content is transmitted to third-party platforms.

3. Accounts & trials

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Post Bridge to publish unlawful content, spam, or anything that violates a connected platform's policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You own your content. You grant us the limited license needed to store it and deliver it to the platforms you choose. We don't sell your content or use it to train models.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. In this reference build, checkout runs through a free-mode placeholder gateway that records an order object without charging a card.

7. Warranty & liability

Post Bridge is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and on this page.
