How I post to 9 platforms in 60 seconds (my exact workflow)
The step-by-step system I use to publish one piece of content to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky, Threads, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest — without opening nine apps.
For about eighteen months I did the thing every creator does. I'd write a post, then open X. Copy, paste, tweak. Open LinkedIn. Rewrite it to sound less casual. Open Instagram, realize I need an image, go make one. Open TikTok. Open Threads. By the time I'd hit "post" on the ninth platform, forty-five minutes were gone and the idea felt stale.
Post Bridge exists because I got tired of that. Here's the exact workflow I run now — start to finish, usually under a minute.
1. Write the post once
I open the composer and write the core version of the idea — the one I'd send to X, because that's the tightest constraint at 280 characters. If it works there, it works everywhere.
The trick isn't writing nine posts. It's writing one and letting each platform inherit it.
2. Let each platform inherit, then override the ones that matter
Every platform starts by mirroring my main caption. For most, that's fine. But LinkedIn gets 3,000 characters and rewards a little more context, so I'll expand it there. Instagram wants a few hashtags. Bluesky wants no corporate tone at all. I override only those — the live character count tells me the second I'm over a limit.
This is where the per-platform previews earn their keep. I can see the exact X card, the LinkedIn "see more" fold, the Instagram tile — updating as I type. No more publishing something that looked fine in a text box and broke on the feed.
3. Pick accounts (all of them, remembered)
I run two X accounts, a personal and a brand. Post Bridge remembers my last selection, so most days I just glance at the account chips and hit go. Multi-account was the feature that saved me the most time, honestly — more than the multi-platform part.
4. Schedule or send
If it's timely, I post now and watch each surface confirm one by one. If it's evergreen, I drop it on the calendar for a 9am slot when my audience is awake. Either way I'm done.
The math
Nine platforms, two accounts on some of them, means twelve or thirteen individual publishes. Manually that's the better part of an hour once you count the app-switching and the "wait, what did I already post" tax. Batched through one composer, it's the sixty seconds in the name. That hour a day is the whole reason I can run this as one person.
If you want to try it, the trial is seven days free and you can post to everything on day one.
