The solo founder's guide to showing up everywhere without burning out

A practical system for consistent cross-platform presence when you're a team of one.

Consistency beats brilliance on social. The problem is consistency is a grind, and if you're a solo founder the grind competes directly with, you know, building the product. Here's the system I use to be everywhere without it eating me alive.

1. Batch on one day

I write a week of posts in one sitting on Monday. Ideas are cheaper in bulk — once you're in the mode, the fifth post is easier than the first. I draft them all, then schedule across the week from the calendar.

2. Write for the tightest platform, expand for the rest

Start at 280 characters. If the idea survives that, it's a good idea. Then let LinkedIn and a caption-heavy Instagram post inherit and expand. Never the other way around.

3. Repurpose, don't reinvent

One long video becomes a YouTube upload, a set of Shorts, TikToks, and Reels. Bulk upload exists for exactly this — drop the clips, let the queue spread them out.

4. Let the tool remember

Decision fatigue is the silent killer. Remembered accounts, default post times, and saved overrides mean the boring choices are already made. You just bring the idea.

5. Check the scoreboard weekly, not hourly

Look at analytics once a week to learn what's working. Refreshing every hour teaches you nothing and costs you your afternoon.

That's it. No hacks, just a system and a tool that removes the friction. Showing up everywhere should cost you minutes, not your product roadmap.
